You can obtain your tickets from our crew (only a partial assortment of tickets available) or at any customer service centres, selling points, and at self-service ticket machines within the VBB region. Please make sure to validate your ticket before you enter any public means of transport if there is no date-stamp on your ticket. You normally find ticket validators on the platforms or at the stops (see photo). If you travel by bus or tram, you find ticket validators in those public means of transport.
